Test our new Android apps before they reach Google Play
Google opens a new app to everyone only after at least 12 people have tested it for 14 days in a row. Pick up to three of our apps, keep them on your phone for two weeks and tell us what breaks.
Day 0: you joinshort mailDay 14: done
Day 0 you join. On days 1, 3, 7, 10 and 13 a short mail brings one small task. On day 14 the test is done.
What you get
For apps marked "Lifetime Pro code": after the 14 days, email info@peakappsstudio.com from the Google account you tested with and we send you a lifetime Pro code for that app. There is no other reward and no payment.
How the mails work
Seven mails over the 14 days at most: one to confirm, one with the links, then days 1, 3, 7, 10 and 13. Each brings one small task, what changed in the app when something did, and a "still installed" link that tells us the test is alive. If you tick the box, you also get one mail when a new app opens for testing.
Your data
We keep your e-mail address, your language and time zone, the apps you picked, when you signed up and confirmed, and which "still installed" links you pressed.
It is stored on Cloudflare, and the mails go out through ForwardEmail, our mail provider. We do not share it, sell it or add it to any other list.
Sign-ups that are not confirmed are deleted after 7 days. Unsubscribing deletes your address from the list; we keep it only on a do-not-mail list so it is never mailed again.

Questions
- Why a Google Group?
- Google lets only listed accounts into a closed test. Our group is on the list of every one of our tests, so joining it once opens all of them. In the group settings you can set group mail to "No email".
- Google says the app is not available.
- Chrome or Play is signed in with a different Google account than the one that joined the group. Switch the account and open the test link again.
- Can I test on an iPhone?
- No. These are Google Play tests, so they need an Android phone.
- Can I stop?
- Yes, at any time. Every mail has a one-click unsubscribe, and each test has a leave button on its Google Play test page.
- I unsubscribed and want back in.
- Write to info@peakappsstudio.com from that address and we put you back.
