What you type stays with you

The answer drafts, the date calculator and the checklist run in your browser tab. The text you type into the answer boxes is not stored and not sent: closing or reloading the tab discards it. The date you enter in the calculator is not stored either. The files you download, the Excel sheet and the CSV, are on your computer once you have them, and we never see what you write in them.

What your browser keeps

• The checklist ticks. Which boxes you ticked are kept in your browser’s local storage under one key, day14:checklist:v1, so the list is as you left it. It stays on this device. Clear the ticks on the checklist page removes it, and so does clearing the site’s data in your browser.
• One word about where you came from. A small script on every page keeps one word in your browser, such as google or direct, naming the kind of site that sent you here. It never stores an address. It leaves your browser only if you follow a link to our Gumroad store, when the word is added to that link so we can see which channel a download or sale came from. These pages have no such link today.

What the pages send

• Visit counts. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies, no personal data, and never your files.
• Fonts and files. They come from this site. The pages load nothing from Google, from a font service or from an advertising network.
• The waitlist. The button opens your own e-mail program with a short message. Nothing is sent until you send it. If you do, it reaches info@peakappsstudio.com, and we use your address only to write once about the evidence pack, on the day it opens or the day we decide not to build it. We delete it on request.
