The Oura web dashboard is gone: how to see your Oura data on a computer

Oura on the Web, the dashboard at cloud.ouraring.com, closed on October 5, 2026. Your nights are still in the Oura app, and all of them can be downloaded as CSV files from the Membership Hub. Here is what the dashboard did, what replaces each part, and how to read your data on a big screen again.

What happened

Oura’s help page now reads: “Oura on the Web has been discontinued as of October 5, 2026. Your data is still available in the Oura App and can be downloaded through the Membership Hub.” Oura first added a notice in June without a date, and told Reddit users in July that the dashboard would stay until September. Owners pushed back, mainly over the comparison charts and the instant CSV download, but the closure went ahead.

See your data on a computer again

  1. Ask for your export. Sign in at membership.ouraring.com with your Oura account’s email address, choose Export data, then Request your data. A membership is not needed for this.
  2. Wait for Oura’s email. Oura names up to 10 days. The download appears in the Membership Hub once it is ready, email or not.
  3. Open the ZIP in Nightjar. On a computer, in any browser. It reads the export on your own device and shows every night’s stages, heart rate and HRV, temperature, blood oxygen, stress, workouts and tags. Nothing is uploaded.

The export is a snapshot of the day you asked for it, so ask for a new one when you want the latest nights. Step by step, and what each file in the ZIP holds: how to export your Oura data.
