Tumbler template size chart
Wrap sizes as blank suppliers and manufacturers publish them, copied exactly and checked on 7 October 2026. Each row opens a true-size template you can download as SVG, PDF or PNG.
- Only sizes from the supplier’s own page
- Sources linked on every row
- Measure your own blank before a batch
Published wrap and print sizes
The width is the length around the cup (the supplier’s template may include a little overlap) and the height is the printable height. Straight cups give a rectangle, so these open in the generator as a circumference and a height.
MakerFlo’s chart also lists the smallest paper each template prints on: 8.5 × 11 in for most, 8.5 × 14 in for the camper mug, 32 oz bottle and 40 oz tumbler, 11 × 17 in for the 30 oz skinny.
Tapered wraps published without diameters
These suppliers publish the size of a tapered (curved) template but not the cup’s top and bottom diameters, so the generator can’t redraw them exactly. Measure the cup and make your own: it takes a minute.
| Cup | Published template | Published by |
|---|---|---|
| 40 oz tumbler, lower tapered piece | 10.3 × 3.6 in | MakerFlo template chart |
| 20 oz Frost Buddy Big Buddy | 11.35 × 6.8 in | MakerFlo template chart |
| 12 oz Frost Buddy Universal 2.0 | 10.15 × 5.5 in | MakerFlo template chart |
Published cup dimensions
Outside diameters and overall heights. The overall height includes the lip and the base, which a wrap usually doesn’t cover, so shorten the height to your print area after opening.
| Cup | Top Ø | Bottom Ø | Height | Published by | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 oz tapered travel tumbler (page archived) | 3 1/2 in | 3 in | 7 in | USCutter 20oz Tapered Stainless Steel Travel Tumbler | Open template |
| 20 oz skinny, straight | 3 in | 3 in | 8 1/2 in | JPPlus Skinny Straight Stainless Steel Tumbler | Open template |
| 11 oz ceramic mug | 3 3/16 in | 3 3/16 in | 3 3/4 in | JPPlus 11oz Inner Color Mug | Open template |
| 15 oz ceramic mug | 3 1/4 in | 3 1/4 in | 4 1/2 in | JPPlus 15oz Inner Color Mug | Open template |
For 40 oz handled tumblers, JPPlus lists top 3-7/8 in and base 2-7/8 in. Those cups have a straight upper part and a narrower base, so they need two pieces: see the 40 oz template guide.
How this chart was made
Every size comes from a page published by the company that makes or sells the blank: product pages, spec tables or the supplier’s own template chart. Numbers are copied as published, in inches. We left out sizes from template sellers and social posts, and brand pages whose dimensions include the handle and lid, because they don’t tell you the wrap size. Pages change, so each row links to its source. Last checked 7 October 2026.
Brand and product names identify the published source only. Peak Apps is not affiliated with any of these companies.
Questions
What size is a 20 oz skinny tumbler template?
MakerFlo publishes 9.325 × 8.125 in for its straight 20 oz skinny tumbler, printed on 8.5 × 11 in paper. Other brands differ: JPPlus lists its straight 20 oz skinny as 3 in across and 8 1/2 in tall, which is about 9.42 in around. More on the 20 oz skinny page.
What size is a 40 oz tumbler template?
Handled 40 oz tumblers usually take two pieces. MakerFlo publishes Top: 12.9 × 5.75 and Bottom: 10.3 × 3.6 (tapered) for its 40 oz tumbler, on 8.5 × 14 in paper. See the 40 oz guide for making both pieces for your own cup.
What size is an 11 oz mug sublimation template?
Condé lists the imprintable area of its 11 oz DyeTrans mug as 8 × 3.75 in, and Coastal Business Supplies lists 8.3 × 3.9 in for its 11 oz mug with a colored rim and handle. Both leave room for the handle.
Why doesn’t a published size fit my tumbler?
Each size is for one supplier’s blank. Cups sold as the same capacity differ in diameter, height and taper between brands and sometimes between batches, so measure your own blank and make a template from those numbers.
